Description This epic film follows a male from about four to twenty years of age. Approximately the first third places him at about ten and shows him (1) addressing the death of his father, (2) thereafter living and interacting with his stepmother and (3) engaging in a game of doctor with a neighboring female peer, who will later become his wife. As an older teen and young adult, our hero (1) explores homosexuality, (2) searches for a father-figure and (3) deepens his relationship with the aforementioned female peer. A masterpiece directed by Kiriro Urayama; highly recommended! Notes Black and White and Color (Note: the majority of the film is in color); the print includes minor speckling, and there are some brief tracking related glitches to be found; there is a background static running throughout the film.
