Description
Six short features... most notably, "Sandman" starring sixteen-year-old Christopher Pettiet. SANDMAN is a rare film and one of his earliest film roles for Pettiet. Jesse (Christopher) has re-occuring nightmares about a near drowning experience. His mother is overprotective and only allows him to surf with a lifevest - until the local surf hero returns from his tour of duty in Vietnam. A gentle tender film and with Christopher Pettiet's death a few years ago this film is even more poignant.
Also included is "Apology to Josh Fleishman", "Empty Space", "Drive" (a young boy drives a car off a cliff, all for the love of a girl), "Squashed" (A gentle, haunting film about three young boys who discover something in the garden), "This is how my Brother Died" (Can the new tenent Alex save 3-brothers in the upstairs apartment before they are killed?). Recommended!
