Leon Seidel was born in Cologne Germany. He says he inherited his talent for acting from his father, who works in a nightclub cabaret group. Leon, then 11-years-old, made his debut in Kaspar Heidelbach's movie Berlin '36 (2009) and completed several appearances in the TV comedy Stromberg (2009 - 2011), where he played the son of Jennifer Schirrmann (Milena Thirty) and the stepson of the infamous boss Bernd Stromberg.
He followed this with a supporting role in the sports comedy Teufelskicker (2010) by Granz Henman, that made stars of Armin Rohde and Benno Furmann, and founded a wider cinema audience for young actors. After that Leon can be seen in his first major role in John Schmid's German-Polish drama Winter's Daughter (2011).
Only a month later he worked on Hermine Huntgeburths' Tom Sawyer (2011), in which he took on the role of the orphan Huckleberry Finn and acting along side Louis Hofmann as Tom Sawyer. In 2012 he reprised his role in the sequel Die Abenteuer des Huck Finn.
In addition to his acting, Leon Seidel is also to be heard on audio books "The Gates of the World" and "Letters to Felix," and on the radio play of "Tom Sawyer". In 2017 he will voice the role of Ron in the animated Rabbit School.
